About the Position
We are looking for a motivated, dependable, and outgoing individual to join our growing team!
This is a work-from-home sales position with hourly pay plus the opportunity to earn additional income through commissions.
We want someone who enjoys talking with people, building relationships, and helping customers with their insurance needs. We’re looking for someone who takes pride in their work, stays organized, and is motivated to succeed.
Responsibilities
- Contact potential customers and follow up with leads.
- Provide insurance quotes and help customers with coverage options.
- Make outbound calls to generate new business.
- Build relationships with customers.
- Meet sales goals and track daily activities.
- Keep accurate records and follow up consistently.
- Participate in team meetings and training.
Qualifications
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Self-motivated and comfortable working independently.
- Organized, dependable, and goal-oriented.
- Comfortable making phone calls and talking with customers.
- Sales or insurance experience preferred but not required.
- Must obtain required insurance licenses.
Compensation & Benefits
- $12-20per hour, based on experience and qualifications.
