Job Summary
In this role, you’ll help customers choose the right State Farm insurance products by building relationships, speaking with prospects, and clearly explaining coverage options.
Key Responsibilities
- Contact and work leads to schedule and conduct insurance conversations/appointments
- Present and explain State Farm insurance options to customers
- Help customers with quotes, policy selection, and coverage questions
- Follow up to build long-term customer relationships
- Meet sales and activity goals
- Maintain accurate records and follow agency processes
- Provide excellent customer service
Qualifications
- Strong communication and people skills
- Self-motivated, goal-driven, and dependable
- Willingness to learn and improve sales performance
- Ability to work full-time
Licensing
- Willing to obtain required insurance licenses for the position.
Compensation / Benefits
- Base pay with commission
- Training and support may be provided
Flexible work from home options available.
Compensation: $24,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
